Hey, I'm Dee!
I’m an energetics-based, soul-led Birthworker, Mentor, & Bodyworker with over 30 years in the healing arts of the body, and 16+ years walking beside 1000's of women and their families through birth, motherhood, and everything in between.
My work is rooted in deep trust, fierce love, and embodied wisdom. I blend biomechanics, body balancing, energetics, and emotional integration to support women in remembering their power and reclaiming birth as a natural, sacred experience.
I believe birth doesn’t need to be managed, it needs to be witnessed, honoured, and trusted. My role is to remind you that you are the authority of your body and your baby. You don’t need fixing, you just need unwavering support.
The Aligned Birthworker is born from my decades of supporting women to trust their bodies and lead from intuition.
